The Wellness Lab, specialising in health and wellness services, partnered with us six months ago to improve their organic search performance. When we started, their domain authority (DA) and domain rating (DR) were both at 1, but through our expert strategies, we’ve significantly elevated their DA to 18 and their DR to 9.

Before and after analysis
We implemented a focused approach to target niche keywords such as “oxygen therapy near me” and “ozone therapy London.” These terms now rank in top positions, allowing The Wellness Lab to connect with their target audience effectively. This visibility has led to a 13.71% increase in organic search clicks over the six-month period.
In addition to boosting clicks, our efforts have also had a direct impact on their bottom line. The Wellness Lab’s goal conversions jumped from 180 to 377, showcasing the power of strategic SEO in driving tangible business results. Our ongoing work ensures they stay ahead of the competition and continue to attract clients seeking specialised wellness treatments. As a result, The Wellness Lab is now recognised as one of the leading wellness service providers across the UK, with a strong online presence that continues to grow.
Located at the cutting edge of holistic therapies (and in Knightsbridge, London), The Wellness Lab offers a range of premium health services. In consultation with the client, we identified high-ticket services that would deliver a strong ROI, namely:
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
- NAD+ Intravenous Therapy
- Ozone Therapy
After several sleeves were rolled up, we began at the organic end; targeting high-intent transactional and commercial keywords for each service within the London area that carried significant search volume. These laid the foundation for our campaigns. From there, we tailored ad copy for each service to drive high click-through rates.
The account previously had active campaigns, which gave us some clues. We discovered that conversion tracking had been set up incorrectly. Our PPC team implemented the correct conversion actions to track form submissions and calls generated from the ads. This allowed the platform to learn from the type of users engaging with the campaigns and optimise effectively over time.
As we often find with ads, it’s a learning process before you can cash in. We treated the account as a ‘new account’, without usable data for the system to learn from. The initial campaign launch used a ‘Maximise Clicks’ strategy. Once sufficient conversion data had been collected, we transitioned to ‘Maximise Conversions,’ enabling the system to optimise for the highest number of conversions within the budget, which reduced the cost per acquisition (CPA).
After approximately six months, once the account had matured, we launched a ‘Performance Max’ campaign for each service. Performance Max campaigns perform best when the platform already has robust conversion data, which is why initial search campaigns are critical to feed the system.
And the impact on the bottom line for The Wellness Lab? Our Performance Max campaigns are contributing to a lower CPA and an increase in enquiries about their high-ticket services. Cue high fives all round – or if you’d prefer, an old-fashioned handshake.
