We're different from the 'boring' agencies out there
We created Nautilus after seeing too many agencies get the basics wrong, with poor communication, generic strategies and very little personality. We wanted to build an agency that felt different to work with, one that was smart, collaborative, creative and full of nerds who genuinely care about doing great work for their clients.
Today, we work with a diverse mix of clients across a wide range of industries and business types. Our team of designers, developers and marketers is made up of experienced nerds who love what they do, allowing us to deliver integrated strategies that are creative, data-driven and tailored to each client’s goals.

Tom Jauncey
Head Nerd
Former actor turned Head Nerd, Tom launched Nautilus in 2017, originally as a social media agency dedicated to enhancing clients' social media platforms. As demands evolved, Tom observed deficiencies in other agencies & the amount of 'cowboys' in the industry, prompting the launch of Nautilus with a mission to make the agency rep better. Tom's genuine passion for nerd culture is evident as he hosts The Nauti Nerds Podcast & runs his own YouTube channel educating small business on marketing and nerdy tips!
Jake Ashby
Head Nerd
Former corporate IT professional turned Head Nerd, Jake joined Nautilus in 2020 after deciding to swap the corporate grind for a fresh challenge. What started as a casual pre-COVID holiday with Tom quickly spiralled into an unexpected career move, jumping into the world of marketing with zero experience and a mission to help grow the agency. Since then, Jake has co-owned Nautilus with Tom, driving the business forward while reluctantly embracing his inner nerd.

We are very passionate about saving our oceans and active marine conservation. 2021 marked the start of Nautilus investing back into our oceans and supporting marine conservation charities around the world such as Surfers Against Sewage & The Cornish Seal Sanctuary. Our waters, reefs and marine animals need our help. We have made it our mission to support as many marine conservation charities as possible!
